Born and raised in the Philippines, I am currently the store leader for Dick’s Sporting Goods. My career journey began in finance, where I spent the majority of my time growing up in the banking world. However, two years ago, life changes led me to make a career shift into retail. My passion for fishing is what ultimately connected me with Dick’s Sporting Goods. Even though I’ve only been with Dick’s Sporting Goods for two years, I’ve made it a priority to connect with leaders outside of my immediate circle and build my professional brand. Through these connections, I’ve become part of a program that allows me to impact not only my own store but others as well. Additionally, I’ve had the opportunity to host a company-wide event to support and elevate our Women in Leadership team.
I am committed to leading people, understanding their passions, and discovering how to motivate each talent. I find great gratification in inspiring individuals to achieve their maximum potential and helping those around me thrive and succeed in their careers.
